I’m giving them 4 Stars because the place was clean (outside, lobby & room) and easy access to the freeway. Also, the room was comfortable. I’m withholding 1 Star for slow customer service. We arrived a little after 4:00 PM on Sunday, March 31 and there was no one at the checkin counter. We waited for 10 minutes, and still no one came! I finally poked my head into the back office and said, “HELLO?!” A lady saw me and informed another staff about our arrival. Once we were in our room, I called Guest Services to ask about the room rate. It took 5-6 rings before someone answered the phone! As for the room, (as stated before) it was clean and comfortable. The AC unit was loud though. You can also hear the freeway noises. There were earplugs on the night stand to mitigate the noise. I didn’t use them because I brought my own. I’m not sure if I’d rebook at this location. There were any restaurants nearby.

First time staying here. As expected - smooth check-in, bottled water and cookies. No shuttle to airport which is a bummer and relatively dated decor. Not much to write home about. If you need a place to crash next to the airport this is a good choice.

Im assuming The housekeepers threw away my stuff. (unless they went through it and kept it) I had a Walmart bag on the desk with 2 charger boxes in it. inside the box was 25-30.00 as well as my gold chain and a port for my husband's charger, The rules for house keeping was suppose to be every other day but they didn't end up coming until the night before we checked out. I am sure they threw the stuff away thinking it was trash but they shouldn't have touched it regardless because it was on the desk. I requested a call back from the GM. As weeks later he never called me back. I finally called them again to day . He was short rude and basically called me a liar. I told him I know they weren't supposed to touch my stuff. He stated you Don't know hotels more than me (as if I was in competition with him) and that he wasn't going to do anything. I asked him for the franchise info for his hotel. He said Hilton own his property.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this hotel after our flight from New York to Dallas was cancelled due to weather storms. Despite the hotel's initial promise of a refund, they failed to follow through and ceased responding to my inquiries. The lack of communication and accountability displayed by management of this establishment is truly disheartening. It is deeply disappointing to be met with such a lack of empathy and understanding during a time of unexpected travel disruptions. I would strongly advise against booking with this hotel if you are relying on airline travel to get you there (which is ironic due to their proximity to the airport) as their promises are empty and their customer service is severely lacking. Save yourself the frustration and consider other options when planning your stay in Dallas.

Met by courteous staff that helped with any need and able to answer questions. My room was clean and hotel was well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be staying again within the next month.
